Amazing Building in France by Odile Decq

Signed by Odile Decq, this new building was inaugurated Frac Bretagne July 6, 2012 and opened to the public on September 15, 2012. Located just outside the park of Beauregard, northwest of Rennes in France. The building is in an area undergoing urbanization, and it stretches to the edge of town and countryside.

Developing over 5000 m2, it consists of three exhibition galleries, spaces of conservation and technical workshops, a documentation center, an educational service, a reception and a conference room. The entire building is constructed in raw processed materials and surfaces: architectural concrete, steel colored black, red lacquer, glass. It features various aspects of black, with different densities. Take a look in the gallery!
